    Application of Milling and Fishing Technology in Mine Drilling Tool Fracture Accident

    • 摘要: 随着煤矿井下定向钻进技术的推广,由塌孔引起的卡钻、埋钻等孔内事故也逐渐增多。对煤矿井下卡钻、埋钻等造成的钻具断裂事故的处理,目前使用较多的方法是套铣处理和公锥打捞。基于套铣打捞钻具的工艺原理,结合晋煤集团成庄矿53074和53072 2个钻场的事故情况,对事故原因进行了分析,介绍了整个套铣打捞的全部过程,均实现了螺杆钻具的成功打捞。

       

      Abstract: With the promotion of coal mine directional drilling technology, the accidents such as sticking and blocking which caused by hole collapse are increasing gradually. In order to deal with drilling tool fracture accident caused by sticking and blocking, the current methods are milling and fishing. Based on the principle of drilling tool milling and fishing technology, the article analyzed the accident reason in 53074 and 53072 fields of Chengzhuang Mine, and introduced the whole process of milling and fishing technology in detail. With the using of drilling tool milling and fishing technology, all the positive displacement motors were salvaged successfully.
