    • 摘要: 高压水射流割缝技术目前为单一低透气性煤层卸压增透技术的主要措施,通过穿层钻孔在煤层内部进行水力割缝,冲出部分煤体,改变钻孔周围应力状态,破坏煤层内部平衡,增加煤层透气性能。从不同割缝工艺的效果分析进退式割缝对煤层卸压增透的影响及其特点,得出符合不同矿井条件的割缝工艺:进式割缝过程中钻孔内比较“暴躁”,适合于煤层厚度不大煤层,退式割缝过程中钻孔内较“温柔”,适合煤层厚度极大煤层。

       

      Abstract: High-pressure water jet slotting technology was the main measure of single low permeability coal seam depressurization antireflection technology, it carried out hydraulic slotting inside the coal seam by penetration drilling slotting in coal seam, thus it flushed the part of coal, changed the stress situation around the borehole, and destroyed the internal balance of coal seam, increased coal seam permeability. Based on different slotting technology effect, it analyzed the effects and characteristics of advance and retreat slotting for coal seam depressurization antireflection, and obtained the slotting technology which was in accordance with different coal mine situations. It was irritable inside the borehole in advance slotting process, which was suitable for little thickness coal seam, while it was gentle inside the borehole in retreat slotting process, which was suitable for large thickness coal seam.
