    Human Factors Analysis of Coal Mine Gas Accidents Based on HFACS

    • 摘要: 煤矿瓦斯事故是煤矿安全事故的主要类型之一,在煤矿事故中瓦斯事故发生频率最高,死亡率最高,经济损失最大。针对发生事故率最高的瓦斯事故,参考HFACS框架图,采用SPSS13.0对国内近10年发生的100起典型的煤矿瓦斯事故原因进行分析,运用统计分析、卡方检验、让步比(OR)来分析煤矿瓦斯事故的人员失信情况。通过典型的瓦斯事故分析得出我国瓦斯事故的发生主要是由于管理者的失信和操作者的失信,并针对此问题提出对策性建议。

       

      Abstract: The coal mine gas accident was one of the main types of coal mine safety accidents, with the highest frequency, mortality and economic losses. Aiming at gas accidents, the SPSS13.0 was used to analyze the reasons of 100 typical coal mine gas accidents during recent decades based on HFACS framework. The statistical analysis, chi-square test, and odds ratio(OR) were adopted to analyze the human dishonesty of coal mine gas accidents. Through the analysis of typical gas accidents, the conclusion was obtained that the dishonesty of managers and operators was the mainly factor to the occurrence of the coal mine gas accident, and the suggestions were provided for this problem.
