    突出煤样多次冲击作用下的粒度变化特征

    Particle Size Variation Characteristics of Outburst Coal Under Repeated Impact Crushing

    • 摘要: 实验采用冲击式捣碎法,通过阶梯式增加冲击次数对不同煤样进行多次冲击破碎,再用标准筛分方法对破碎后煤样进行筛分并称重。在大量实验基础上,建立破碎煤粒度分布函数,探讨了煤的破碎功表面学说在多次冲击试验条件下的符合性,总结突出煤样多次冲击作用下的粒度分布规律。结果表明,破碎煤粒度分布函数和实验数据拟合性较好;当冲击次数较小时,煤的破碎功符合表面学说;在多次冲击作用下破碎煤样粒度不会随冲击次数增加而不断减小,而是集中在某一数值范围内,该粒度范围随煤样不同显示出特征性差异。

       

      Abstract: This experiment adopted impact crushing method to crush different destroyed-type coal samples, and the impact times were stepped increased, then the fragmentized coal was sieved and weighed. Based on a large amount of experimental data, this article established particle size distribution function, explored the applicability of coal crushing energy surface theory under the condition of repeated impact, and discovered the law of major particle size distribution. The results showed that the particle size distribution function fitted the experimental data very well. When the number of impact was less, it was proved that coal surface crushing energy work theory was applicative to describe the crush of coal. The particle size of crushed coal were not decreasing with the increasing of impact times, it concentrated in a certain particle size range, and the certain particle size range showed differences among coal samples.
