    Dust-isolating Parameter Optimization of Air Curtain at Fully Mechanized Working Face Based on Numerical Simulation

    • 摘要: 为了获取综采工作面隔尘空气幕的合理设计参数,提高其隔尘效率,改善作业环境,以平煤八矿1240综采工作面为研究背景,利用计算流体力学软件Fluent6.3,对不同的空气幕出口风速和出口宽度下综采工作面空气流场及空气幕两侧的粉尘浓度分布进行数值模拟,研究确定空气幕最佳隔尘效果时的参数。研究结果表明:对于所研究的工作面,当出口风速为4 m/s,出口宽度为30 mm时,空气幕隔尘效果最佳,此时司机侧粉尘浓度最低。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain the reasonable design parameters of the dust-isolating air curtain in working face, enhance the dust-isolating efficiency and improve the working environment, the 1240 fully mechanized working face of the No.8 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Co., Ltd was studied as the background. By using hydromechanics software Fluent6.3, the air flow field in fully mechanized working face and the dust concentration distribution on both sides of the air curtain was simulated numerically for different outlet wind velocity and width of the air curtain respectively. Thus the parameters were determined while analyzing the best dust-isolating effect of the air curtain. The results showed that for this working face, the dust-isolating effect of the air curtain was best when the outlet wind speed was 4 m/s and the outlet width was 30 mm, and the dust concentration was minimum on driver side.
