    • 摘要: 在分析现有大倾角松软特厚煤层回采实践的基础上,根据文明矿5#煤层综放开采的实际情况,确定了合理的支架结构和工作阻力;通过对采煤机牵引力的计算,确定了采煤机的合理牵引功率;通过对刮板输送机的运量和修护需要的分析,提出合理的防滑措施。

       

      Abstract: Based on the deep analysis of the mining practice of extra-thick soft coal seam with large inclined angle, according to the actual situation of No.5 coal seam in Wenming Mine, the article determined the reasonable support structure and working strength. It determined the reasonable traction power of the shearer by calculating the traction force, and proposed reasonable sliding prevention technical measure of scraper conveyor by analyzing the transport capacity and repair needs of scraper conveyor.
