    • 摘要: 里彦煤矿16煤和17#煤为近距离薄煤层群,在16煤的采动影响下,17#煤顶板的应力环境和顶板结构发生变化。为了解决17#煤的顶板支护问题,采用数值模拟和理论计算分析了17#煤的顶板运动规律,得出了17#煤的回采工作面结构由梁结构变为了“类拱结构”。利用霍克-布朗强度准则和位态方程,得到了基本顶岩层被破坏后的抗拉强度及初次来压和周期来压时支架的合理支护强度。在确定了支架的工作阻力的基础上进行了支架选型,选用ZY3200/07/13型支架可以很好的满足17304工作面顶板控制的要求。

       

      Abstract: The 16# upper and 17# coal seam of Liyan Coal Mine is close thin seam group, under the influence of coal mining in 16# coal seam, the roof stress environment and structure of the 17# coal seam has been changed. In order to support the roof of 17# coal seam, the numerical simulation and theoretical calculation is used to analyze the coal roof movement laws of the 17# coal seam, and finds that the roof structure of working face is changed from beam structure to arch structure. With the Hawk-Brown's strength criterion and state equation, the tensile strength after the basic roof rock is destroyed and the reasonable supporting strength of first weighting and periodic weighting is got. Based on the determine of support working resistance, support selection is made, the ZY3200/07/13 type support can meet the requirements of roof control of 17304 working face well.
