    Selection of Material Strength for Filling and Recovering Coal Pillar in Room Mining Goaf

    • 摘要: 为了选择合理的条带充填体材料强度,针对房式采空区充填条带受力特点建立数值计算模型,明确了充填体承载能力的影响因素。对有较大影响的因素安排正交试验,借助正交试验得到的数据建立了充填体强度选择神经网络预测模型,具有较好的预测效果,同时确定了适合工程实践煤矿的合理充填材料强度。

       

      Abstract: In order to choose rational strength for strip-filling material, for mechanical characteristics of filling strip in room mining gob, we established numerical model, cleared filling factors affecting the carrying capacity of the body. The factors that have a greater impact on bearing capacity were arranged for orthogonal test, and neural network forecast model for calculating the filling material strength was established base on the data obtained from the orthogonal test, which had a better prediction effect. Meanwhile, the most suitable strength of filling material for engineering practice was confirmed.
