    煤矿人因风险因素的辨识与评价

    Identification and Evaluation of Human Risk Factors in Coal Mines

    • 摘要: 大量研究结果表明人因是煤矿事故的主要致因,辨识和控制人因风险要素是减少煤矿事故发生的关键。研究提出了人因风险因素辨识三维结构模型,通过开展深度现场调研从安全管理流程、人员结构、事故案例3个层面甄别人因风险因素,构建了人因风险因素数据库,进行了人因风险评价。对样本煤矿进行风险评价的结论显示,员工个体风险因素的控制应是煤矿人因风险管理的重点。

       

      Abstract: A large number research results show that human factors is a major cause of coal mine accidents, identification and control of human risk factors plays crucial roles in cutting down the accidents in coal mines. Three-dimensional structural model was proposed from field research of safety management processe, personnel structure, accident cases to evaluates the degree of human risk. The study built a database of human risk factors to assess human. The assessment results of mine samples indicated that emphsis for human risk factors management should be on the control of human risk factors for individual employees.
