Abstract: To the problem of unclear classification of miner unsafe behavior, in reference to the related literature classification, combined with the actual production condition of coal mine and miners' characteristics, unsafe behaviors were divided into three big categories from the cause of unsafe behavior, the three big categories are safe behavior that caused by the system error, unsafe behavior that caused by the behavior mistake and unsafe behavior that caused by the management error. Some measures such as ameliorating the production environment and equipments, strengthening the safety training and safety cultural construction, intensifying the responsibility of the management level etc were proposed from the perspective of the reason of behavior. It provided the references for the effective control the unsafe behavior of miners and safety production of coal mine.
