    浮选柱对赵庄煤泥分选试验研究

    Experimental Study on Zhaozhuang Coal Slime Separation by Flotation Column

    • 摘要: 为了有效解决现场煤泥灰分偏高影响最终出厂精煤灰分指标的问题,对赵庄选煤厂煤泥的浮选柱浮选进行了试验研究。利用高斯-米杰里法研究充气量、矿浆浓度、起泡剂用量3种变量对浮选柱浮选试验指标的影响。结果显示,3个变量在利用浮选柱分选赵庄选煤厂煤泥时的最佳值分别为充气量1.8 m3/h、矿浆浓度60 g/L、起泡剂用量200 g/t,在最佳分选条件下的精煤分选指标,产率为75.11%、灰分为10.89%。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the high ash content which will influence the final cleans ash index, we carry on experimental study on flotation column of coal slime in Zhaozhuang coal preparation plant. The influence of three variables such as inflating volume, pulp density and frother dosage on the test indexes of flotation column was also studied by Gauss-Midgley method. The results showed that the optimized value of three variables was 1.8 m3/h of inflating volume, 60 g/L of pulp density, 200 g/t of the frother dosage in the separation process of Zhaozhuang coal preparation plant, the yield and ash content in the best separation conditions was 75.11% and 10.89% respectively.
