    高瓦斯有构造反复自燃煤层工作面启封技术

    Working Face Unsealing Technology of High Gas and Fault Repeated Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对河北某煤矿2012工作面高瓦斯有构造煤层,为减少损失,撤出工作面支架、采煤机等设备,决定启封工作面。调研了自然发火经过,进行了自燃隐患区域判定和启封前气体分析,制定了修复进回风巷、采空区内注氮、支架后注凝胶、全过程气体及温度监测等启封技术措施。

       

      Abstract: According to the high-gas constructed coal seam of 2012 working face in a coal mine of Hebei, in order to reduce losses, the working face support, shearer and other equipments were withdrew, then it unsealed the working face. After investigating the process of spontaneous combustion, the determination of spontaneous combustion hazard area and gas analysis before unsealing was done, and the unsealing technical measures such as repairing the air-input and output roadways, nitrogen injection in goaf, gel injection after support, gases and temperature monitoring of the whole process was developed.
