    Grouting Reinforcement Technology for Crushed Surrounding Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 针对破碎围岩的分区特征提出了分层次、分区域的层次注浆法,改进了无机注浆材料的注浆工艺,使用了2种无机注浆材料,一种是以超细水泥基为主的单液注浆材料,它主要解决巷道深层次注浆问题;另一种是快凝封孔材料,将以超细水泥基为主的材料分为A料、B料2种,两者混合能够快速凝固,可以用来注浆封孔,巷道注浆加固后,其在回采其间具有较好的抗破坏性。

       

      Abstract: For partition characteristics of crushed surrounding rock, we proposed hierarchical, sub-regional level grouting method, improved grouting process of inorganic grouting material, used two kinds of inorganic grouting material. A kind of single fluid of superfine cement based on grouting material mainly solves the problem of deep roadway grouting; the other is fast setting hole sealing material which divides the superfine cement based material into A and B, the combination can rapid be solidified, can be used as grouting hole sealing, roadway has good resistance after grouting reinforcement during mining period.
