    大孔径顺层长钻孔消突作用研究

    Study on Removing Outburst Effect with Large Diameter Hole Along the Seam

    • 摘要: 为了从细观上认识大孔径顺层长钻孔卸压与预抽煤层瓦斯的消突作用,采用RFPA2D-Flow软件对潘三矿17171(1)工作面进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明:钻孔直径增大2倍,钻孔上方煤体位移量增大8.4倍,钻孔周围瓦斯流量增大1.37倍;钻孔间距为2 m时,可有效抽采钻孔之间煤体瓦斯,煤体最大渗透系数增大250倍。现场考察结果表明:轨道顺槽、运输顺槽区域消突措施效果均达到规范要求,同时对掘进工作面进行了55次突出危险性预测,均无指标超限。验证了在无保护层开采条件下,大孔径顺层长钻孔对消除煤层突出危险性具有显著作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to recognize the removing outburst effect of the borehole pressure relief and gas drainage of large diameter hole along the seam in a microscopic view,numerical simulation was studied on 17171(1)working face in Pansan Coal mine by the RFPA2D-Flow code.According to the numerical simulation,if the hole diameter increased 2 times,the displacement of coal above the hole increased 8.4 times,and gas flow around the hole increased 1.37 times;when the hole spacing was 2 meters,the gas drainage was effective from the coal between the two holes,maximum permeability coefficient of coal increased 250 times.According to the fieldwork experimentation,after adopting the large diameter hole along the seam technology,the test results of removing outburst region in haulage gate and tail entry met regulatory requirements,and forecast the heading face outburst risk 55 times,no indicators overrun.It proves that in the condition of lacking protective seam,the large diameter hole along the seam has significant effect to remove outburst of seam.
