    Analysis of Measurement Errors of Flame-proof Electric Apparatus Surface Temperature

    • 摘要: 防爆电器的表面温度无论是煤矿用Ⅰ类电器还是厂用Ⅱ类电器都是有严格要求的。因此如何精确有效的测量防爆电器的表面温度值是对该类产品安全性能的重要评定标准。通过对影响温度测量结果的若干因素进行分析,得出了不同条件对电器表面温度测量的数值偏差影响;同时对在温度传感器的结构型号选择、制作方式要求及传感器与被测物制表面的结合方式提出参考性意见;从而对测量防爆电器表面温度工作提供参考,提高了检测结果的科学性和精确性,保证了产品的使用安全区域的界定。

       

      Abstract: The surface temperature of flame-proof electric apparatus either class I for coal mine or class II for factory apparatus is strictly limited. So how to accurately measure the surface temperature effective value of flame -proof electrical apparatus is an important standard of evaluation for the safety performance of the products. Through the analysis of several factors affecting the results of temperature measurement, the article gets the effect of numerical error on electrical surface temperature measurement under different conditions, proposes the reference suggestion on the structure type selection and the production requirements of temperature sensor and combination mode of temperature sensor and the measured object surface, which provides a reference for measuring work of the surface temperature of flame-proof electrical apparatus, and improves the scientific and the accuracy of test results, and ensures the definition of the safe use region of products.
