    Double Closed-loop Charge-control System Based on EG3525

    • 摘要: 在研究电力蓄电池特性及其充电策略的基础上,设计出基于EG3525的双闭环充电控制系统,给出其电路组成及实现方法。系统通过51单片机和MAX11068电压采集芯片完成电池管理及数据显示部分,能实时、可靠的检测电池电压、电流参数,并控制蓄电池的充放电状态,可以最大限度保护电池,从而提高电力系统中直流电源的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of studying the characteristics of electric power battery and its relevant charging strategy, the article developes the double closed-loop charge-control system based on EG3525, and gives structure and realization method of the circuit. By utilizing the single-chip computer and MAX11068 voltage acquisition chip, the system completes charging control and data display, can measure battery voltage, current and control the battery state of charge and discharge real-timely and reliably, and protect the battery upmostly and improve the stability of the direct current supply.
