    • 摘要: 针对煤矿地质条件复杂,综采设备重型化发展趋势,梭车不能满足运输的需要,工作面设备运输中经常会采用绞车对拉方式。传统工频绞车对拉过程中,绞车运转滚筒角速度恒定,滚筒上钢丝绳线速度处于变化状态,拉绳绞车和松绳绞车无法同速,尤其是变坡点容易造成对绳的冲击,绞车司机操作稍有不慎易发生断绳、跑车等恶性事件。为解决上述问题,研究分析后采用绞车对拉变频控制系统。通过在实际中的应用,对拉绞车运行平稳可靠,安全系数高,取得了良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: In view of the coal mine complex geological conditions, the development trend of heavy mining equipment, the continuous tractor can not meet the needs of transport. Therefore, the equipment transportation of a working surface often uses the way of winch pulling. The traditional power winch has a constant angular velocity in the process of running. When the roller wire rope line speed is in the state of changing, the pull rope winch and loose rope winch can not have the same speed. Especially at the slope changing points, slightly careless easily leads to rope broken, sliding and other serious events. In order to solve the problem, it used the winch inverter control system. Through the application in practice, the system achieves good results with the stable, reliable operation and high safety coefficient.
