    涡流管制冷技术在煤矿微气候降温中的应用

    Application of Vortex Tube Refrigeration Technology in Mine Microclimate Cooling

    • 摘要: 为了解决赵楼煤矿机电硐室、胶带机机头硐室等特殊作业场所的高温热害问题,采用现场观测的方法,掌握了局部高温区域的热害状况;在对涡流管制冷原理、可行性、可靠性进行研究的基础上,提出了一种新的具有针对性地局部热害治理方法:涡流管制冷技术结合微气候围护结构。结果表明:采取涡流管制冷措施后,机电硐室的微气候围护结构内干球温度降低了9.4 ℃,湿球温度降低了10.3 ℃,作业人员的工作环境得到了明显的改善,取得了良好的降温效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the high temperature problem in mechanical and electrical chamber and other special workplaces in Zhaolou Coal Mine, we used the method of field observation to master heat damage situation of local high temperature region; based on the study of refrigeration principle, feasibility, reliability of vortex tube, we proposed a new targeted method of local heat damage control, that is combined vortex tube refrigeration technology with micro-climate enclosure structure. The results showed that the dry bulb temperature within the micro-climate enclosure structure decreased 9.4 ℃after taking cooling measures by vortex tube, and the wet bulb temperature decreased 10.3 ℃, the working environment of miners was significantly improved, and a good cooling effect was obtained.
