    Development and Application of Self-plugging on Both Ends Sealing Sack

    • 摘要: 为探求更加简单、有效的封孔技术,在对常规抽采钻孔封孔技术分析的基础上,研制了配合化学材料共同使用的两端自堵封孔囊袋,该技术工艺简单,一次注浆完成封孔,可实现定长定位带压封孔,封孔效果好、效率高、劳动强度低。在龙山煤矿进行了工业性试验,结果表明:采用两端自堵封孔囊袋所封抽采钻孔瓦斯浓度衰减慢,钻孔服务周期长,高浓度钻孔比例高。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore more simple and effective sealing technology, the self-plugging on both ends sealing sack which is used together with chemical materials is developed on the basis of the analysis of the routine sealing technology for gas drainage borehole. The sealing technology can realize fixed length and position of borehole pressurized sealing, and the sealing technology has better sealing effect, higher efficiency and lower labor intensity. The industrial test is carried out in Longshan Mine by using this technology. The results shows that the gas concentration decay of drainage borehole used by self-plugging on both ends sealing sack is slower, the borehole service cycle is longer, and the proportion of higher concentration borehole is higher.
