    • 摘要: 干扰床分选机和浮选柱是选煤厂采用的处理煤泥的分选设备。干扰床分选机用于粗煤泥的分选,由于原理的限制,当分选粒度范围宽的时候其指标会恶化。浮选柱受气泡-颗粒脱附作用的影响不能够回收粗粒煤泥,而且浮选方法回收成本较高。所以通过研制新型重浮耦合分选机在成功回收粗煤泥的情况下,拓展分选下限降低入浮煤泥量,降低成本,重浮耦合分选机集高处理量与低成本于一体。

       

      Abstract: The teeter bed separator and flotation column are preparation equipment for processing coal slime in coal preparation plants. The teeter bed separator are used for the coarse coal slime sorting. Because of the limits of principle, when the sorting particle size is big, the index will become worse. The floatation column do not recycle coarse coal slime by effect of bubble-particle desorption, and cost-recovering of flotation method is high. So through the development of a new gravity and floating coupling sorting machine in the success of coarse coal slime recovery, expanding sorting lower limit to reduce coal slime float content and the cost, gravity and floating coupling separator gathers high handling capacity and lowcost in one body.
