    Experimental Research on Atomizing Performance of Coal Spontaneous Combustion Inhibitors

    • 摘要: 介绍了气溶胶阻化剂雾化性能测试系统,选取不同浓度的NH4H2PO4、NaHCO3、MgCl2溶液进行雾化,通过对湿度、温度等方面对比分析,得出不同阻化剂的雾化性能。实验结果表明:3%NaHCO3溶液雾化效果最好,25%MgCl2溶液稳定性能最强。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the test system of the atomizing performance of aerosol inhibitor.Selecting different concentrations of NH4H2PO4、NaHCO3、MgCl2 solutions,Through comparative analysis of humidity and temperature,etc,the atomization performance of different inhibitors is obtained.The test results show that the solution atomization effect of 3% NaHCO3 is the best,and the solution stability of 25% MgCl2 is the strongest.
