    露天煤矿小窑破坏型煤层自燃火情辨析及综合治理

    Fire Analysis and Comprehensive Treatment for Coal Spontaneous Combustion Caused by Destruction of Small Coal Mines in Open-pit Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 我国地下煤火90%属于小窑破坏型,其中露天煤矿采临小窑破坏采空区时面临的煤层自燃火灾严重影响着煤矿的安全高效生产。为了准确判断露天火区火情和快速治理火区,依据煤层自燃发生条件和其发展过程伴生的产气、放热特性,基于地质雷达空洞探测和温度场反演提出了适宜于小窑破坏型露天火区范围圈定的方法,基于层次分析和模糊综合评价提出了着眼因素集中各元素的权重层次分析模型以及火区火势发展状态及变化趋势的加权平均二级评价模型,并结合案例辨析了安太堡某火区的火情。此外,在火情辨析的基础上,提出了集隔氧、降温、防复燃于一体的高效综合灭火技术。

       

      Abstract: Underground coal fire 90% is caused by the destruction of small coal mines. Among them, coal spontaneous combustion in the open-pit coal mine will occur and seriously affect the efficiency and safety of coal mine production when the mining is close to the goaf formed by the destruction of small coal mines. According to the occurrence conditions and characteristics of gas production and heat release in the process of the coal spontaneous combustion, this article presents a method for delineating fire area on the basis of the cavity detection by geological radar and temperature field inversion, and presents a hierarchy analysis model of weight of each element in factor set to be considered and a two level evaluation model by the weighted average of the development status and trend of fire behavior. In addition, based on the analysis of the fire behavior, the efficient and comprehensive extinguishing technology setting oxygen insulation, cooling, prevent recrudescence in one is proposed.
