    Calculation of Grouting Parameters for Flat Seam in Shendong Mining Area

    • 摘要: 基于神东矿区近水平煤层的特点,以大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井为示范矿井,对近水平煤层的注浆工艺参数进行了计算分析。结果表明:神东矿区各主要矿井开采本煤层时,应当向本煤层采空区进行预防性注浆,防止将来开采下部煤层时,由于煤层间距较近,受采动影响,上部和下部采空区容易形成裂隙沟通,导致上部采空区二次供氧而发生氧化自燃,进而影响下部煤层的安全开采;大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井12313综采工作面开切眼冒落三角带和终采线冒落三角带预防性注浆量均为9 162 m3,注浆时间均为152.7 h;大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井12313综采工作面运输巷与回风巷距切眼和终采线各300 m范围内预防性注浆总量为18 383 m3,注浆时间为306.4 h。

       

      Abstract: Based on the characteristic of flat seam in Shendong Mining Area, taking Daliuta Coal Mine Huojitu Shaft as a model coal mine, the calculation of grouting parameters of flat seam was studied. The consequences showed that the preventive grouting should be carried out to the goaf when Shendong Mining Area mined the coal seam. Or else, when the underlying seam was mined, the overlying and the underlying goaf may be interconnected to cause the overlying goaf oxidized spontaneous combustion for the second time. Then coal mine would be affected by it. the grouting capacities of the open-off cut and stopping line triangle regions of 12313 fully-mechanized face were both 9 162 m3, the grouting time were both 152.7 hours; the grouting capacities of the two crossheadings that from the open-off cut to the 300 m ranges and from the stopping line to the 300 m ranges of 12313 fully-mechanized face were 18 383 m3, the grouting time were 306.4 hours.
