    Loading Impact Study of Refuge Chamber Layout on Its Blast Airtight Door

    • 摘要: 为了更有效地利用避难硐室,减少爆炸对其防护密闭门造成的损坏,运用数值模拟的方法对布置有避难硐室的单向巷道内发生的瓦斯煤尘爆炸进行仿真模拟,对避难硐室布置方式的影响进行了分析,并进一步探讨了防护密闭门的受载规律。结果表明:瓦斯煤尘爆炸中防护密闭门所受压力载荷可以近似认为是阶跃载荷;避难硐室宜优先采用与巷道成45°夹角的布置方式。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the validity of the refuge chamber and reduce the damage of its blast airtight door from the gas explosion,the gas and coal-dust explosion process in unidirectional roadway with the refuge chamber was simulated by using numerical method,and the impact of the refuge chamber layout was analyzed.The loading laws of blast airtight door were further discussed.The results showed that the load force suffered by the blast airtight door can be considered as the step load and the refuge chamber should give priority to adopt the layout of a 45 ° angle with the roadway.
