    Roadway Deformation Characteristics and Control of Compound Roof

    • 摘要: 针对山西金晖万峰煤矿复合顶板巷道变形剧烈、顶板下沉量大等问题,结合现场调研、理论分析和井下实测等方法,分析了复合顶板巷道支护难点,提出了针对复合顶板围岩控制的关键技术,包括高预应力锚索锚杆全长锚固支护系统、锚杆锚索协调支护技术、两帮加固技术。试验表明,改进巷道支护参数后,围岩变形控制效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Concerning the intense distortion and large roof sinking of surrounding rocks in Jinhuiwanfeng Coal Mine in Shanxi province, combined with field research, theoretical analysis and underground measurement, we analyzed the support difficulties of compound roof roadway, proposed the key technology of surrounding rock compound roof,including high pre-stress cable and full-length anchoring bolt support system, the technology of coordination anchor bolt support, reinforcement in roadway sides technology. Industrial tests show that the deformation control of surrounding rock achieved good results after improving support scheme.
