    • 摘要: 为了消除煤矿安全管理中存在的隐患,以标准作业(SOP)理念为指导,对煤矿安全管理流程优化和矿井安全检查项目标准化进行研究,利用个人数字终端(PDA)设备和射频识别(RFID)技术构建集信息采集、发布、查询、反馈、统计分析、安全考核和决策支持等于一体的MIS平台,改变传统安全管理中存在的信息不标准、传递不流畅、漏排漏检率高、安全考核落后等问题,并通过一系列工业试验,证明了该管理模式的先进性和可行性,为实现煤矿安全管理的标准化奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: In order to eliminate the defects in safety management of coal mine, taking the standard operations program (SOP) as the guide, we studied the process optimization of safety management of coal mine and standardization of check, and a MIS platform which includes information collection, release, query, feedback, statistical analysis, safety performance and decision support was established by PDA and RFID. The problems in traditional safety management were changed, such as the information is not standard, information transmission is not smooth, the missing rate is high, and the safety performance lags behind. And through a series of industrial test, the management mode was proved to be advanced and feasible, and it laid the foundation of coal mine safety management standardization.
