    煤矿井下钻孔新型封孔装置及工艺研究

    Study on New Type Borehole Sealing Device and Process for Coal Mine Underground

    • 摘要: 煤层瓦斯压力是矿井合理制定瓦斯防治措施,预测预报煤与瓦斯突出危险性的重要参数;瓦斯抽采是防治煤矿瓦斯灾害的最有效、最根本途径。封孔作为这2项技术的核心工序,高质量的封孔具有重要意义。通过对现行的井下钻孔封孔工艺的分析,在原有封孔工艺的基础上,提出了“低压做堵头、高压堵裂隙”的“两头堵中间注”的钻孔堵漏封孔工艺。该封孔工艺具有操作简单、使用方便、劳动强度小、封孔质量高等特点,可广泛用于煤层瓦斯压力测定和瓦斯抽采等钻孔的封孔施工中,在工程实践中取得了较好的应用效果。

       

      Abstract: The gas pressure of coal seam is an important parameter to make effective and reasonable measures for preventing and controlling gas, and risks of coal and gas outburst. Gas drainage is the fundamental measure to prevent and control the gas disaster accident.Superior borehole sealing as the core process of gas pressure measurement and gas treatment technology is very important. Through the analysis of current borehole sealing techniques, we proposed the "low-pressure doing plugs and high-pressure plugging fissure" method for leaking stoppage, which would be a two sealing and one grouting sealing technique formed with a grouting between two sealing ends. The new type borehole sealing device and technology has characteristics of simple operator, low labor intensity, and superior sealing quality, which can be widely used in the hole sealing of engineering hole.
