    Optimal Selection for Gas Prediction Index of Coal Spontaneous Combustion Under Different Conditions of Oxygen Concentration

    • 摘要: 针对清水营矿煤自燃特征, 设计了煤自燃高温程序升温实验炉,采用该实验炉将清水营煤矿煤样分别在在3%、5%、9%、13%、17%、21%的氧浓度条件下进行程序升温实验并对比分析。研究了不同氧浓度条件下气体生成规律,分析了变氧条件下对煤自燃进程的影响,掌握了不同氧浓度条件下煤氧化气体产生特性,在此基础上对清水营矿煤在不同氧浓度环境下指标气体进行优选。

       

      Abstract: For the coal spontaneous combustion features of Qingshuiying mine, we design temperature programmed temperature experimental furnace for coal spontaneous combustion, use furnace to carry on temperature programmed experiments and comparative analysis by Qingshuiying coal samples under the conditions of 3%, 5%, 9%, 13%, 17%, 21% of oxygen concentration, study the laws of gas generation under different oxygen concentration conditions, analyze the influence of variable oxygen concentration conditions on coal spontaneous combustion process, master the gas generation characteristics of coal oxidation. On this basis, we make optimal selection for index gases of Qingshuiying Coal Mine under different oxygen concentration environments.
