    Influence of Air Flow on Spontaneous Combustion Characteristics of Residual Coal

    • 摘要: 通过将潞安集团潞宁矿的原煤按质量等分成5组,利用自主研发的煤程序升温实验装置分别对5组煤样进行程序升温实验,利用气相色谱仪对程序升温过程中生成的气体进行分析并计算,研究了升温过程中空气流量对煤的实际耗氧速率、标准耗氧速率和标准放热强度的影响。研究结果表明:不同空气流量下标准耗氧速率曲线和标准放热强度曲线都呈指数增长;标准耗氧速率曲线和标准放热强度曲线的变化不受空气流量大小的影响。

       

      Abstract: The coal of Luning Mine is equally divided into five groups according to the weight. By using the self-developed temperature-programmed experimental device, the programmed heating experiments for coal samples from the five groups were done. This article calculates and analyzes the generated gases in the process of temperature-programmed using the gas chromatograph and studies the influence of air flow on the real oxygen consumption rate of coal, the standard oxygen consumption rate of coal and the standard exothermic intensity in the temperature-programmed process. The results show that the curves of the standard oxygen consumption rate and the standard exothermic intensity are exponential growth under different air flow. The curve changes of the standard oxygen consumption rate and the standard exothermic intensity are not affected by the size of the air flow.
