    Application of Deep Hole Presplitting Blasting and Permeability Increasing Technology by Carbondioxide Under Complex Conditions

    • 摘要: 二氧化碳爆破器作为一种全新的煤层增透技术装备,是利用液态二氧化碳瞬间气化膨胀产生巨大压力作用于煤体,一方面产生新的裂隙,另一方面使煤体内部裂隙得到扩展。在贵州复杂地质条件下开展深孔爆破试验,二氧化碳爆破器能够提高煤层透气性27.05倍,钻孔极限瓦斯涌出量提高6.73倍,抽采影响半径提高11.25倍,钻孔瓦斯抽采量平均提高4.666倍,煤层增透和煤层气增产效果理想。

       

      Abstract: As a completely new device for coal seam permeability improvement, carbondioxide blasting device can produce huge pressure due to instantly vaporized of liquid carbon dioxide on coal, which generates new cracks and extend the interal carcks and provides more flowing channels for gas.The research proved that permeability coefficient of coal seam improved 27.05 times, gas emission of borehole 6.73 times, quantity of gas drainage 4.66 times and the radius of gas drainage in borehole 11.25 times by carbon dioxide blasting device. Coal seam permeability improvement and yield-increasing effect of coal bed gas is ideal.
