    Establishment Technique of Non-homogeneous Environment at Coal Face

    • 摘要: 为了解决采煤工作面冷损大,降温费用高,降温效果不理想的问题,提出了采煤工作面非均匀环境营建技术,研究了跟随工人旋转的跟踪型小型空冷器,提出了有效空冷空间和无效空冷空间的概念,确定了采煤工作面非均匀环境营建技术需冷量的计算公式。对某采煤工作面需冷量进行了计算,结果表明:传统降温方式需冷量为227.7 kW,采煤工作面非均匀环境营建技术需冷量为108 kW,1个采煤工作面每年可节省51.7万元降温费用。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large cold loss, high cost of cooling and unsatisfactory temperature cooling effect at coal face, we proposes the establishment technique of non-homogeneous environment at coal face and studies the tracking small air cooler rotating with workers, introduces the concepts of effective air cooling down space and ineffective air cooling down space. The chilling requirement formula of the establishment technique of non-homogeneous environment at coal face is determined. The chilling requirement of a certain coal mine is calculated and the results show that the chilling requirement of traditional cooling method is 227.7 kW, and that of establishment technique of non-homogeneous environment in coal face is 108 kW. A coal face can save 517 000 yuan a year.
