    高富水条件下下向抽采钻孔防水技术

    Waterproof Technology for Downward Gas Drainage Holes in High Riched Water Condition

    • 摘要: 基于顾北矿4煤层顶底板富水丰富,造成下向钻孔施工困难,瓦斯抽采效果不佳,研究了高富水条件下下向钻孔的成孔、护孔、封孔、排水等工艺。研究结果表明:采用注浆防水和排水措施的5#钻场平均单孔流量约是未采取措施的2-3#钻场的2倍。5#钻场初始平均单孔浓度是2-3#钻场初始平均单孔浓度的10倍,经过14 d抽采,仍然保持在到4倍以上。采用注浆和排水措施显著提高了下向钻孔抽采瓦斯的效率。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of difficult construction in downward holes and ineffective gas extraction caused by the sufficient water storage in No.4 coal seam roof and floor of Gubei Coal Mine, we study downward holes under the condition of high riched water, including hole forming, hole protecting, hole sealing and drainage. The results showed that the average flow of single-hole of 5# drilling field with grouting waterproof and drainage measure is almost double that of 2-3# drilling field. The average concentration of single-hole of 5# drilling field were taken is 10 times as much as 2-3# drilling field and it is still 4 times as much as 2-3# drilling field after 14 days of extraction. Grouting and drainage measures obviously improved the efficiency of the downward holes gas extraction.
