    大通径组合钻头的设计

    Design of Large Diameter Combined Drill Bit

    • 摘要: 研制了直径为350 mm的刀翼式结构大通径组合钻头及400 mm的特殊结构取芯钻头,介绍了大通径组合钻头的结构设计,包括先导钻头、扩孔钻头的结构型式、各个主要切削参数及布齿设计,PDC复合片与钻头的焊接工艺过程。现场试验结果证明,大通径组合钻头和特殊结构取芯钻头可成功完成了钻孔的施工任务。

       

      Abstract: we developed combined drill bit of 300 mm diameter with the blade structure and core drill bit of 400 mm diameter with special structure, and introduced the structure design including the structure type, the main cutting parameters and the tooth arrangement design of the pilot bit and the reamer bit, and welding process of the bit. The field test results of bits proved that large diameter combined drill bit and core drill bit with special structure can successfully complete the task of drilling construction.
