    分布式光纤测温技术在大倾角易燃煤层采空区自燃监测中的应用

    Application of Distributed Optical Fiber Temperature Detection Technology in Spontaneous Combustion Monitoring of Large Angle Flammable Coal Seam Goaf

    • 摘要: 采用分布式光纤测温的方法监测大倾角特厚多层易燃煤层采空区遗煤自燃情况。根据邻近工作面采空区“三带”划分结果、煤自然发火点高温影响范围理论计算结果及基于拉曼散射原理的光纤测温主机通道容量情况,在某煤矿工作面推进到上分层停采线以及下分层开切眼区域时,合理敷设测温光纤,主机通过井下工业环网连接到上位机,在KJ95N安全监控系统实时显示各通道温度曲线。采用ANSYS FLUENT流体力学软件模拟了采空区温度场分布规律,验证了急倾斜煤层采空区垂直“三带”情况,与分布式光纤测温结果吻合。结果表明,分布式光纤测温系统能反映采空区遗煤自燃情况,适用于采空区温度监测。

       

      Abstract: This article proposed distributed optical fiber temperature detection technology to monitor the coal spontaneous combustion of large angle thick and multilayer flammable coal mining goaf.According to the adjacent working face goaf division of "three zones" results,the calculation results of coal spontaneous combustion point temperature range,the actual situation of temperature host channel capacity situation based on raman scattering theory,we laid optical fiber reasonably,connected the host to the PC via the underground loop network,and displayed the real-time temperature curve on the KJ95N safety monitoring system interface of each channel when the working face moved forward to the stop line of the upper layer or the open-off cut of lower layer.We simulated the distribution laws of temperature field of goaf by ANSYS FLUENT and verified steep coal seam vertical situation of "three zones",which is coincide with distributed optical fiber temperature measurement results. The observation results show that distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system can reflect the situation of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf,which is suitable for gob temperature monitoring.
