    Rapid Excavation Technology in Large Section Roadway Based on Mechanized Operating Line

    • 摘要: 以城郊煤矿二水平南翼轨道大巷为对象,从钻、爆、支、排等影响快速掘进的因素着手,研究并应用了“液压钻车钻眼+空气柱光面爆破+单轨液压临时支护+挖掘装载机+胶带运输机+矿车”连续排矸的机械化作业线。该机械化作业线提高了岩巷掘进速度,降低了劳动强度,改善了掘进工作面作业环境。

       

      Abstract: Taking south rail roadway of two level in Chengjiao Coal Mine as the object, from the influencing factors of drilling, blasting, supporting and so on, the article studied and applied the mechanized operating line with hydraulic drill carriage drilling + air column smooth blasting + monorail hydraulic temporary support +"backhole loader + belt conveyor +mine car" continuous wast stone exhaust system. By applying the mechanized operating line, it increased the speed of rock excavation, reduced the labor intensity, and improved the working environment of heading face.
