    大倾角薄煤层沿空留巷围岩控制技术

    Surrounding Rock Control Technology of Gob-side Entry Retraining in Steeply Dipping Thin Seam

    • 摘要: 针对新庄孜矿62110工作面上风巷倾角大、煤层薄,且该留巷维护时间长、变形大,分析了该条件下巷道围岩支护的特点,提出了采用架喷锚注和巷帮充填对留巷进行联合支护,并应用FLAC2D5.0软件模拟分析了不同充填墙体尺寸对留巷效果的影响。矿压观测结果表明:采用架喷锚注支护后,随工作面向前推进及充填墙体强度增加,墙体承受的压力逐渐加大,巷道移近量呈跳跃性减小性的趋势。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the large angle,thin coal seams,maintenance for a long time and big deformation at upwind lane of the 62110 working face in Xinzhuangzi coal mine,the paper analyzed the supporting characteristics of this roadway under these conditions,proposed combined support by using bolting and grouting and laneway′s side filling to support the retaining,simulated and analyzed the influence of different filling wall size on the retaining effect with FLAC2D5.0 software.Observations results of mine pressure show that after using bolting and grouting,with the advancing of working face and the increasing of the filling wall intensity,bear pressure of the wall is increasing too,but the amount of roadway advancement is a trend of jumping reducing.
