    • 摘要: 针对大采高工作面留巷难度大,留巷变形严重的问题,以晋煤集团成庄矿5310大采高工作面为工程背景,采用锚索-钢筋梯等补强措施对留巷超前进行二次支护参数设计,并对巷道变形进行监测。结果显示,留巷顶板最大下沉量为70 mm,底鼓量为210 mm,两帮移近量为120 mm,是未补强巷道的8.4%、46.2%和13.9%。表明该方法留巷效果达到了预期要求。

       

      Abstract: In view of the difficult roadway retained and serious deformation problems at large mining height working face, In this article, using 5310 large mining height workface in Chengzhuang Coal Mine of the Jincheng Coal Group as engineering background, the anchor rope-steel ladder reinforcing measure was used to carry on parameter design for advancing secondary support, and monitored the roadway deformation. Monitoring results showed that the support effect is remarkable and roof subsidence was 70 mm, the largest amount of floor heave was 210 mm, the deformation of two-wall is 120 mm, which was 8.4%、46.2% and 13.9% of not reinforcing roadway, the effect has reached the expected requirements.
