    • 摘要: 缓冲仓的设置对露天矿的正常生产有着诸多优点,其中最主要的一点就是可以增加露天矿生产系统的可靠性。通过分析出仓前系统、仓后系统与缓冲仓所处的3种作业关系及其相互转化规律,建立了柔性串联系统及可靠性分析的数学模型,得到了计算柔性串联系统的计算公式。并且根据露天矿采煤强度的要求,利用仓前系统与仓后系统修复时间的分布规律,得出了缓冲仓在系统可以正常运行条件下的最优的存料量以及最优的剩余空间量。

       

      Abstract: Setting surge bin has many advantages for open-pit mine, the most important of them is that it can improve the reliability of the production system. Based on the operation relationship and the transformation laws of the system before the surge bin, the system after the surge bin and the surge bin, we built the reliability model of the system and gave the calculation formula of flexible system. According to the requirements of mining intensity, and utilizing distribution laws of time to repair the system before the surge bin and the system after the surge bin, we get the optimal deposit of materials and residual space in the period of normal system operation.
