    Influence of Safety Climate on Miner's Safety Performance Based on SEM

    • 摘要: 为探讨安全氛围因子对煤矿员工安全绩效的影响,回顾和总结国内外安全氛围因子研究的情况,提出安全氛围包含安全知识和意识、监督支持环境、安全参与和交流、管理层安全态度、教育培训5个因子。构建安全氛围因子与员工个人安全绩效的关系的结构方程模型(SEM),应用统计分析的方法(AMOS7.0)对安全氛围测量量表的数据进行分析,并对模型进行检验、修正。结果表明,安全氛围5个因子均对个人安全绩效有显著正向接影响,同时管理层安全态度、监督支持环境、教育培训通过影响其他因子,对个人安全绩效有间接作用。

       

      Abstract: To probe the influence of safety climate on the safety performance of miners, review and summed up the research on safety climate, the safety climate factors which include safety knowledge, supporting supervision environment, safety participation and communication, management's safety attitude, education and training, are proposed. A Structural Equation Model (SEM) was established between safety climate factors and miner's safety performance, then tested by AMOS7.0, and updated. Analysis showed that 5 safety climate factors have a directly positive effect on miner's safety performance, management's safety attitude, supporting supervision environment, education and training have indirect effects on miner's safety performance by affecting other factors.
