    • 摘要: 研究了基于ZigBee协议的矿山机械设备振动在线监测技术,分析了WSN在矿山机械设备监测中的特殊问题,给出了符合其特色的分布式组网结构,利用适于工业振动监测MEMS传感器ADXL335与CC2430组成的WSN节点对混合网络模型在选煤厂电机设备上构建实验平台进行实验,结果表明,基于WSN的矿山机械设备振动监测可以实现尺寸、性能、成本与可靠性的结合,能够在工业应用中广泛地实现实时的设备在线监测。

       

      Abstract: This paper studies online monitoring technology of mining machinery equipment vibration based on the ZigBee protocol.Analyzing the special issue of the WSN in the mining equipment monitoring,giving the distributed network structure be consistent with its characteristics,and finally the use of MEMS sensors ADXL335 for industrial vibration monitoring and CC2430 to form WSN nodes,and use these nodes to testing the hybrid network model of electrical equipment in coal preparation plant.The results show that the WSN-based mining machinery vibration monitoring can achieve the combination of size,performance,cost and reliability,which allow for a wide range of industrial applications to achieve real-time online monitoring of equipment.
