    • 摘要: 针对工作面突出预测时孔口接样存在的定位、混样和定时等问题,基于QDT42/1.0突出预测定点取样器,进行了定点取样突出预测试验。通过同时进行定点取样和孔口接样2种方式的钻屑瓦斯解吸指标测试,并采用比较分析法进行了定点取样预测技术性能考察分析;结果表明,常规的孔口接样突出预测误差很大,煤体深部的预测准确性更差,会导致预测报告错误;而定点取样技术能够有效地避免孔口接样的技术缺陷,预测结果符合瓦斯突出的一般规律,增强了突出预测的可靠性,具有明显的技术性能优势。

       

      Abstract: Aimed at the problems including location, mixed sample and timing in orifice sampling of working face gas outburst prediction, we carried on spot sampling outburst prediction test based on QDT42/1.0 outburst prediction spot sampler. By simultaneous gas desorption index test of drill cuttings in spot sampling and orifice sampling two ways, and the use of comparative analysis method, we carried on performance analysis for spot sampling prediction technology. Results show that the conventional orifice sampling outburst prediction error is large, the accuracy of deep coal body prediction is even worse, which will lead to the prediction error report; while the spot sampling technology can effectively avoid defects of orifice sampling technology; prediction result is accord with the general law of gas outburst, and enhances reliability prediction of outburst, which has obvious technical performance advantage.
