    Efficient Gas Drainage Technology of High Level Suction Roadway at Fully Mechanized Caving Face in High Gas Single Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对余吾煤业公司3号煤层的实际开采条件,采用理论计算、相似材料模拟和数值模拟相结合的方法分析了高抽巷的合理布设高度及位置,在S2107工作面开展了高抽巷超前预抽条带瓦斯试验,550个钻孔450 d内共累计抽采了8 683 200 m3瓦斯;在N1102工作面开展的高抽巷抽采采空区瓦斯试验,抽采纯量达9.94 m3/min。试验结果表明:单一高瓦斯厚煤层综放开采条件下,基于俯孔排水排渣系统的高抽巷“一巷两用”高效抽采技术不仅可解决工作面回采期间采空区瓦斯涌出量大、上隅角瓦斯超限严重等问题,而且可有效加快煤层巷道的掘进速度,可有效缓解采掘抽衔接紧张的突出问题。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the actual conditions of No.3 coal seam of Yuwu Coal Mine, using combined method of theoretical calculation, similar material and numerica simulation, the rationally designed position was analyzed. The pre-pumping gas experiment was carried out at N1102 face. The 550 drilling holes extracted 8 683 200 m3 gas in 450 d. During the goaf gas extraction experiment of high level suction roadway at N1102 working surface, the pure extraction amount reached 9.94 m3/min. The results indicate that the high level suction roadway extraction way based on down holes drainage is a high efficient extraction technology. This technology could not only solve the large gas emission and the transfinite gas amount in the upper corner, but also it could speed up coal roadway driving and ease the difficult cohesion tension problem in mining, drilling and extracting.
