    旋转切片式穿层割缝卸压增透技术在九里山矿的应用

    Application of Pressure Relief and Permeability Increasing Technology with Rotating Slice Cutting Through Seam in Jiulishan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对焦煤集团九里山煤矿出现的煤与瓦斯突出的问题,通过深入分析现场资料,决定应用旋转切片式穿层割缝卸压增透技术提高瓦斯抽采效果,缩短煤层瓦斯抽采达标时间。现场应用表明:实施割缝卸压增透后,抽采有效影响半径提高1.6~2倍,煤层透气性系数提高24倍,抽采瓦斯浓度提高2.67倍。在40 d的抽采周期内,割缝孔的抽采总量是普通孔的2.33倍;在相同的抽采条件下,抽采达标时间缩短了57.1%。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of coal and gas outburst in Jiulishan Coal Mine of Coking Coal Group, it analyzed the field data deeply, and then proposed the pressure relief and antireflection technology of rotating slice cutting through seam to improve the effects of gas drainage, which could shorten the gas drainage compliance time. The field application showed that after the implementation of pressure relief and antireflection technology, the effective drainage radius increased by 1.6 to 2 times, the coal seam permeability coefficient increased by 24 times, the drainage concentration increased by 2.67 times. In the extraction period of 40 days, the amount of slotted drainage holes was 2.33 times of the amount of normal holes; the drainage compliance time was shortened by 57.1% under the same extraction conditions.
