    轿子山矿切顶卸压沿空留巷技术

    Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology Formed by Roof Cutting Pressure Relief in Jiaozishan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为提高煤炭资源采出率、减少巷道掘进量、缓解采掘接替紧张,轿子山矿决定采用切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术。通过理论和数值计算对爆破卸压的机理进行研究,揭示切顶卸压沿空留巷围岩活动规律,确定预裂爆破合适孔深为4 m。采用“超前爆破预裂顶板+单体锚索补强+液压支柱配合铰接顶梁+预筑混凝土砌块墙体”支护进行留巷。实践表明该技术在轿子山矿取得了重大成功,经济社会效益显著。

       

      Abstract: To improve the recovery rate of coal resources, reduce the excavation amount of roadway, relieve intense mining situation, we proposed gob-side entry retaining technology formed by roof cutting pressure relief in jiaozishan Coal Mine. Theoretical calculation and numerical study of blasting pressure relief mechanism reveals the activity laws of surrounding rock with gob-side entry retaining formed by cutting roof pressure relief, and 4 meters blasting presplitting depth is determined. And the final supporting schemes is " blasting presplitting of the roof + single anchor strengthening + hydraulic prop with articulated roof beam + precast concrete block". Practice shows that the technology is successful, and the economic and social benefit is significant.
