    Support Technology for High Expansibility Soft Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 以查干淖尔煤矿2#煤运输大巷软岩支护问题为研究对象,在测试软岩力学参数及矿物成分的基础上,分析了高膨胀性软岩巷道的变形特征及破坏机理,总结出原支护技术所存在的问题,提出了钢管混凝土支架的返修支护方案。实践证明:该支护方案不仅有效的解决了应力集中问题,支护强度也满足要求,取得了较好的技术经济效果。

       

      Abstract: Taking the supporting problem of soft rock haulage tunnel at 2# coal in Chagannaoer Coal Mine as the study object, mechanical parameters and mineral components of the soft rock were tested, deformation characteristics and failure mechanisms of the high expansibility soft rock roadway were analyzed, and the existing problems in the original support technology were summarized, a supporting method with concrete-filled steel tuber support for the repair of roadway was put forward. Experience has proved that the supporting method was effectively solve the problem of stress concentration, the supporting intensity could meet the requirements, achieved good technical and economic effects.
