    Goaf Spontaneous Combustion Control Technology of Mechanized Face of Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seam with Low Advance Degree

    • 摘要: 基于采空区遗煤发火原因及低推进度条件下综放面采空区煤自燃危险区域的分析,制订并实施了控制漏风、阻化两巷顶煤、压注泥浆、压注凝胶、压注氮气等采空区综合防灭火技术措施,减小了氧化升温带的区间宽度及工作面上隅角CO浓度,实现了低推进度下工作面采空区自燃的有效防治。现场的运用结果表明,采取的措施符合实际且富有成效。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of the reason for spontaneous combustion of goaf residual coal and the goaf spontaneous combustion dangerous area of mechanized face with low advance degree, the comprehensive fire prevent and control measures were made and applied in goaf, which included controlling air leakage, two lane top-coal resistance, slurry pressure injection, gel pressure injection, nitrogen pressure injection and so on, and the width of the oxidation heating zone and the CO concentration of the working face upper corner was reduced, the effective prevention and control of goaf spontaneous combustion of working face with low advance degree was achieved. The site application results showed that the measures were practical and effective.
