    Spontaneous Combustion Hazard Prevention Technology of Mining Across Stop Line of Top Seam at Fully Mechanized Caving Face with High Stress

    • 摘要: 随着生产工艺的提高,常村矿综放工作面往往布置于上分层采空区下,为扩大煤炭资源回收,综放面终采线必将跨过顶分层停采线,而在跨越顶分层停采线回采期间多次发生自燃隐患。通过对跨越顶分层停采线发生自燃隐患的原因分析,最终采取封堵采空区主要漏风源和漏风汇、减小采空区两端通风压差、向采空区合理施打深钻孔大量灌注高分子阻化泡沫和加快推进速度等针对性较强的综合防灭火技术进行治理,取得了较好的效果。

       

      Abstract: With the improvement of production process, fully mechanized caving faces were often arranged under the top seam goaf of Changcun Coal Mine. In order to expand the coal resources recovery, the terminal mining line of fully mechanized caving face would cross the top seam mining stop line, spontaneous combustion hazards happened several times during mining across the stop line. Through analyzing the reasons of the spontaneous combustion hazards, finally highly targeted comprehensive fire prevention and control techniques were used to control the hazards, which included blocking the major sources of air leakage and leakage sinks of goaf, reducing the ventilation pressure at both ends of the goaf, making deep drilling hole into goaf reasonably and injecting large polymer retardant foam, accelerating the speed and so on. It had achieved good results.
