    • 摘要: 煤矿井下泡沫钻进技术是一种施工松软煤层顺层瓦斯抽采长钻孔的有效方法,具有诸多潜在技术优势,而配套的消泡工艺与装置是推广应用松软煤层泡沫钻进技术的关键。介绍了一种利用压缩空气作为动力介质、以贴壁射流作为单一动力源的井下钻进用消泡工艺方法,它将化学消泡、气体射流消泡和离心消泡3种技术手段融为一体,具有消泡迅速可靠的特点,其配套装置体积小、质量轻,移动搬迁方便,且无运动零部件和电气元件,满足煤矿井下钻进施工作业环境对防爆的要求,室内及现场试验取得了良好效果。

       

      Abstract: The foam drilling technology is a kind of effective construction method for long borehole along soft coal seam used for gas drainage in underground coal mine, which has lots of potential technical advantages compared with other drilling technologies, and the defoaming technique and matching equipment is the key to the popularization and application of foam drilling technology in soft coal seam. A kind of defoaming technique developed for foaming drilling technology used in underground coal mine was introduced in this paper, which used the compressed air as the dynamic medium and wall-jet as the single power source. Three kinds of defoaming technologies of chemical method, gas jet method and centrifugal field method were used simultaneously, so its significant characteristics were rapid and reliable. At the same time, the volume and weight of matching device were small, easy to move, no moving parts and electrical components, so it met the requirement of the drilling construction environment for explosion-proof in underground coal mine. Indoor and field tests achieved good results.
