    • 摘要: 介绍了一种本质安全型缓启动电路及各组成部分的设计;电路采用高性能的LM22671稳压芯片进行电压转换,通过LC的搭配可提高电源的转换效率,减小纹波噪声。稳压后的电压经过缓启动电路的控制,可以很好的消除上电瞬间仪器对供电设备大电流的冲击,同时电源输入端经过处理后具有“防反接”,“抗冲击”等功能。这种设计具有体积小、成本低、本质安全输出、带负载能力强等特点,可以在煤矿井下设备中使用。

       

      Abstract: This article introduces a kind of intrinsic safety type slow start circuit and the design of each part. The circuit carries on voltage conversion by high performance LM22671 power chip, and it can improve power conversion efficiency and reduce the output ripple and noise by the LC collocation. The voltage stabilized after a delayed start circuit control, which could eliminate the high current impact of instruments on power supply equipments in power up moment, the power input had "anti reverse connection", " anti impact" and other functions after treatment. This design can be used in underground coal mine equipments with small volume, low cost, intrinsic safety output, and strong load capacity.
