    Decompressor Performance Analysis of Positive Pressure Oxygen Respirator

    • 摘要: 基于流体力学相关理论建立了Biopak240R正压氧气呼吸器用减压器工作过程的数学模型, 分析了减压器的稳定性以及主要结构参数对其关键性能参数的影响。结果表明:本减压器具有较好稳定性,同时其输出压力和流量均与减压器弹簧刚度和出口腔阀芯直径成正比关系,而与控制腔阀芯直径成反比关系,各参数影响由大到小依次是出口腔阀芯直径、控制腔阀芯直径、弹簧刚度。

       

      Abstract: Based on related theory of fulid mechanics, we builds decompressor mathematical model of Biopak240R positive pressure orygen respirator in operation process, and analyzes the impact of decompressor stability and main structural parameters on its key performance parameters. The results show that decompressor has better stability; the outlet pressure and flow rate of decompressor is proportional to spring stiffness and valve core diameter of outlet cavity and inversely proportional to valve core diameter of control cavity, the main factors of all parameters are sorted valve core diameter of outlet cavity, valve core diameter of control cavity, spring stiffness in descending order.
